INFORMATION ON THE CALL TO SUBMIT SHARE DOCUMENTS

Slovnaft - Polska S.A., a joint stock company with its registered office in Kraków, Wadowicka Street 6, 30-415 Kraków, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number:  0000126418, share capital PLN 81 447 000,00 (paid up in full amount), NIP: 676-18-16-480 (hereinafter: "the Company"), pursuant to Article 16.1 of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Commercial Companies Code and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; hereinafter:  “the Act"), hereby

  call all shareholders of the Company to submit to the registered office of the Company

the Company's share documents held.

    The call is related to the mandatory dematerialisation of shares introduced by the Act. Pursuant to the provision of Art. 15.1 of the Act, the binding force of the share documents will expire by virtue of law on 1 January 2021. From that date, the only possibility to exercise the rights attached to the shares, including the disposal of shares, shall be an entry in the register of shareholders kept by an entity chosen in the resolution of the General Meeting.
